In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937, corresponding implementing laws, the Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, and the Internal Anti-Corruption Regulatory Instruments, Entando Srl has established a dedicated system for managing reports to address communications received by Entando Srl, including anonymous signals.

Regardless of the channel used, we commit to ensuring the receipt, analysis, and handling of reports from:

  • Individuals within Entando Srl, including resources with various contractual types and employees of third parties who interact directly with the company.
  • Other third parties with relationships of interest with Entando Srl, such as business partners, clients, suppliers, auditing companies, consultants, and collaborators.

Reports pertain to behaviors contrary to the Ethical Code, laws, regulations, internal rules, and decisions of Authorities, as well as Model 231. Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed regarding subjects, reported events, and the identity of the reporters to prevent potential reprisals.

Subject to the preferential option for reporting channels offered by Entando Srl, in cases specified by Article 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023, it is possible to report directly to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).

Personal data provided during reports are processed to manage and resolve the reports, conduct investigations into reported behaviors, and take necessary measures in compliance with laws, including those related to personal data protection.
